Be You Be Wholesome - Anti-Inflammatory Blueberry Smoothie

 

Anti-Inflammatory Blueberry Smoothie (serves 1)

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 Cups Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk*
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
½ Lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
1 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 Serving Plant Based Protein Powder or Collagen 

DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency. Feel free to add ice for a thicker smoothie.
 
*Walnut milk is fantastic and packed with Omega-3 Fatty Acids or use water in place of the milk for a leaner smoothie.
